First impressions are powerful, and you have one chance to make your home's first impression separate your home from the competition.  A tidy, clean, and well kept presentation of the home's exterior tells a buyer that the home has been cared for.   I offer 3 tips to help you make buyers take a second look AND do it on a budget! What we did here was simple, only took 90 minutes, and cost less than $20!

Here are before and after videos and pictures that demonstrate how just a little effort, money, and time investment can make a big difference in you home's Curb Appeal!

After 4 bags of mulch, 1 bunch of flowers, and 90 minutes of work...

Remember, when you're on a budget and investing in curb appeal improvements, spend your resources on what will get you the most return...
  • If your paint is tired or dingy, you may not need to spend thousands on an exterior paint job. Instead, rent a power washer to blast the accumulating pollens and dirt.
  • Your trees (I can't say enough about them) can make up 20% or more of your home’s value! Take care of them! Don’t let the trees grow out of control. Consider a professional consultation with an arborist to show you how to make your trees compliment and show off your property. If you need help finding a professional, call me and I’ll help you get connected. Well kept, manicured trees add an inexplicable beauty to curb appeal!
  • Clean out your gutters! Messy gutters are very unsightly and cause lots of problems. Gutters full of debris are heavy, will droop and fall. Also a clogged gutter will cause rain water to back up under your shingles, and destroy the  roof decking under the shingles and then…leaky roof! Potential buyers will wonder how long the gutters have been clogged and stir up questions and doubt. Do yourself a favor..get on a ladder and clean 'em.
